REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Once your order has been submitted, we will immediately begin work. Remember, all orders are bespoke and unique to you. So, if you need to cancel, please contact us within 10 minutes of ordering at info@3dportraitsireland.ie.  

Cancellation is free within 10 Minutes of receiving the order.

All cancelled or changed orders (after 10 minutes from ordering) will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds:

Yes. As mentioned above, once the order has been placed.  We have a short window of opportunity to cancel the work and refund you the full amount.

We may contact you to advise that the picture you have sent is not suitable for processing. In which case, we will refund the full amount.
